We don't eat much dairy (or meat, for that matter) in our home, so a big greek salad is a real treat. Plus we like all the dips, so we're satisfied with good chalah, tuna salad, and lots of dips. Mostly, my husband doesn't like leaving something on, and I appreciate the energy savings. But I do love a good chulent when we go out.
